I型安全带装置。通过S5.3(a)规定的程序进行测试时,除S4.5中规定的以外,包括安全带,皮带,带扣,调节和固定硬件以及回卷器的完整安全带装置应符合以下要求:



S4.4   Requirements for assembly performance.装置性能要求

(a)      Type I seat belt assembly. Except as provided in S4.5, thecomplete seat belt assembly including webbing, straps, buckles, adjustment andattachment hardware, and retractors shall comply with the followingrequirements when tested by the procedures specified in S5.3(a):

aI型安全带装置。通过S5.3a)规定的程序进行测试时,除S4.5中规定的以外,包括安全带,皮带,带扣,调节和固定硬件以及回卷器的完整安全带装置应符合以下要求:

(1) The assembly loop shall withstand a force of notless than 22,241 N; that is, each structural component of the assembly shallwithstand a force of not less than 11,120 N.

1)组装环应承受不小于22,241 N的力;也就是说,装置的每个结构部件应承受不小于11,120 N的力。

(2) The assembly loop shall extend not more than 7inches or 178 mm when subjected to a force of 22,241 N; that is, the length ofthe assembly between anchorages shall not increase more than 356 mm.

2)当受到22,241 N的力时,组装环的延伸长度不得超过7英寸或178 mm也就是说,锚固之间的组件长度不得超过356毫米。

(3) Any webbing cut by the hardware during test shallhave a breaking strength at the cut of not less than 18,683 N.

3)在试验过程中,由硬件切割出的任何织带应具有不小于18683 N的断裂强度。

(4) Complete fracture through any solid section ofmetal attachment hardware shall not occur during test.

4)在测试过程中,不能出现通过金属联接硬件的任何实心截面安全断裂的现象

(b) Type 2seat belt assembly. Except as provided in S4.5, the components of aType 2 seat belt assembly including webbing, straps, buckles, adjustment andattachment hardware, and retractors shall comply with the followingrequirements when tested by the procedure specified in S5.3(b):

2型安全带组件。按S5.3b)规定的程序进行测试时,除S4.5中规定的以外,2安全带组件(包括安全带,腰带,带扣,调节和固定硬件以及回卷器)应符合以下要求:

(1) The structural components in the pelvic restraint shallwithstand a force of not less than 11,120 N.

骨盆保护装置的结构部件应承受不小于11,120 N的力。

(2) The structural components in the upper torso restraint shallwithstand a force of not less than 6,672 N.

上躯干保护装置的结构部件应承受不小于6,672 N的力。

(3) The structural components in the assembly that are common topelvic and upper torso restraints shall withstand a force of not less than13,345 N.

骨盆和上躯干保护共用的组件中的结构部件应承受不小于13,345 N的力。

(4) The length of the pelvic restraint between anchorages shallnot increase more than 508 mm when subjected to a force of 11,120 N.

在承受11,120 N的力时,锚固之间的骨盆保护的长度不应增加超过508毫米。

(5) The length of the upper torso restraint between anchoragesshall not increase more than 508 mm when subjected to a force of 6,672 N.

在承受6,672 N的力时,锚固之间的上躯干保护装置的长度不应增加超过508毫米。

(6) Any webbing cut by the hardware during test shall have abreaking strength of not less than 15,569 N at a cut in webbing of the pelvicrestraint, or not less than 12,455 N at a cut in webbing of the upper torsorestraint.

在试验过程中,由硬件切割的任何安全带在骨盆带的安全带切口处的断裂强度应不小于15569 N,或在上半身的安全带的切口处应具有不小于12455 N的断裂强度。

(7) Complete fracture through any solid section of metalattachment hardware shall not occur during test.

在测试过程中,不应发生金属附件硬件任何实心部分的完全破裂。
