The Federal Ministry for the Environment,Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety owns the Blue Angel eco-label.It is verified by RAL gGmbH and awarded on the basis of criteria, developed bythe Federal Environment Agency and the Independent Environmental Label Jury.
The Federal Environment Agency setsspecific standards for products and services and continually adapts them totechnical progress. It is supported in this process by environmental andconsumer organizations as well as manufacturers. That way you can be sure thatonly the best environmental performers carry the Blue Angel eco-label.

The label: The fundamental element of theBlue Angel is the trusted blue emblem of the United Nations EnvironmentProgramme in the form of a ring with a laurel wreath and a person withoutstretched arms in the centre.
标志：蓝天使环保标志的基本元素是一个可信赖的联合国环境计划署的图案，并以桂冠圆环围绕一个伸开双臂的人的形式展现。
The circumscription: This indicates thesignificant environmental benefits offered by the labeled products e.g."because made of 100% recycled paper".

The protection goal: It specifies therelevant environmental medium that is protected to the greatest extent by thelabelled product e.g. "Protects resources".
