8.1 Control of Subcontracted Recycling

分包回收的控制

1. Subcontracted  Recycling records.

Check to ensure the following are  recorded:

1. Recycler used;

2. Date of shipment;

发货日期；

3. Grade of Input Plastic Waste  supplied.

8.2 Evidence subcontractors hold  Certification

证据分包商持有证书

1. Subcontracted  Recycling records.

分包的回收记录。

Check against EuCertPlast register  that Recyclers supplied with Input Plastic Waste are Certified.

根据EuCertPlast寄存器检查输入的塑料废品随附的回收站是否经过认证。

8.3 Suppliers informed of  Subcontracted Recycling

向供应商告知分包回收

1. Copies  of letters sent to suppliers;

发给供应商的信件副本；

2. Contracts  with suppliers.

与供应商签订合同。

Pick 3 Batches of Input Plastic Waste  shipped for Subcontracted Recycling at random and check the supplier has been  informed.

分批装运用于回收再利用的进料塑料废料批次随机检查供应商是否已被告知。

8.4 Control of Subcontracted  Processing

分包加工的控制

1. Subcontracted  Processing records.

分包加工记录。

Check to ensure the following are  recorded:

1. Company  used for Subcontracted Processing;

2. Date  of shipment;

发货日期；

3. Grade  of Input Plastic Waste supplied.

8.5 Evidence Subcontractors hold waste  transport licenses

证据分包商持有废物运输许可证

1. Copies  of subcontractors waste transport licenses;

分包商废物运输许可证复印件；

2. A  record of subcontractors waste transport license numbers.

分包商废物运输许可证编号的记录。

Pick 3 Batches of Input Plastic Waste  received or Recycled Outputs shipped from the site and check the hauliers are  licensed to transport wastes.

从现场装运并回收运输车的批次进料塑料废物或回收的产出已获得许可。
