ADHESIVE REMOVERmeans a product designed to remove adhesive from either a specificsubstrate or a variety of substrates. ADHESIVEREMOVER does not include products that remove adhesives intendedexclusively for use on humans or animals.

Forthe purpose of this definition and ADHESIVEREMOVER subcategories (A-D), the termADHESIVEshall mean a substance used to bond one or more materials.ADHESIVEincludes, but is not limitedto: caulks; sealants; glues; or similar substances used for the purpose offorming a bond.

GENERALPURPOSE ADHESIVE REMOVER does not include FLOOR AND WALL COVERING ADHESIVE REMOVER.

SPECIALTY ADHESIVE REMOVER does notincludeGASKET OR THREAD LOCKING ADHESIVEREMOVER.

MULTI-PURPOSE LUBRICANTmeans any lubricant designed forgeneral purpose lubrication, or for use in a wide variety of applications. MULTI-PURPOSE LUBRICANTdoes not includeMULTI- PURPOSE DRY LUBRICANTS, PENETRANTS, or SILICONE-BASED MULTI-PURPOSE LUBRICANTS.

SEALANT AND CAULKING COMPOUNDalso doesnot include units of product, less packaging, which weigh more than one poundand consist of more than 16 fluid ounces. For the purposes of this definitiononly,REMOVABLE CAULKING COMPOUNDS meansa compound which temporarily seals windows or doors for three to six month timeintervals, andCLEAR/PAINTABLE/WATERRESISTANT CAULKING COMPOUNDS means a compound which contains no appreciablelevel of opaque fillers or pigments; transmitsmost or all visible light through the caulk when cured; ispaintable; and is immediately resistant to precipitation upon application.

SILICONE-BASED MULTI-PURPOSE LUBRICANT means any lubricant which is:
