Inorder to obtain an EuCertPlast Certification for a recycler, the next stepsshall be followed.

为了获得厂商的EuCertPlast认证，应遵循以下步骤。

1.Therecycler selects an accredited EuCertPlast auditor or it is assigned to one byone of the compliance schemes.

厂商选择经认可的EuCertPlast审核员，或者被分配给一个合规计划。

2.Theauditor requests a plant code to EuCertPlast

审核员向EuCertPlast索取工厂代码

3.Therecycling plant is inspected on-site by the chosen auditor. The duration of theon-site visit should be of 1 day in case of an initial audit, or half a day ifit is a monitoring audit.

厂商由选定的审核员现场检查。如果是初次审核，现场访问的持续时间应为1天，如果是监督审核，则为半天。

4.Informationis exchanged between the recycler and the auditor prior to and after the audit.In case of Monitoring Audit go to point 7.

5.Incase of an Initial Audit, a third-party auditor checks anonymously all thereports from companies audited for the first time to ensure uniformity andreliability. In addition, spot checks will be done randomly on monitoringaudits. The identity of the third party auditor shall remain anonymous toensure a quality procedure.

6.Accordingto point 5, the auditor shall request a third-party code to EuCertPlast . Thecode has to be placed in the anonymised report before sending it to the thirdparty auditor . After the validation of the third party auditor go to point 7.

7.Theauditor has to send a copy of the Summary Sheet (see annex 1) together with thecontact details of the recycler to EuCertPlast.

8.EuCertPlastwill issue a Certificate (see annex 2) and send it to the auditor to be signed.

EuCertPlast将颁发证书（见附件2）并将其发送给审核员进行签字。

9.Theauditor will scan and send back to EuCertPlast the signed Certificate.

审核员将扫描并将签字的证书发回给EuCertPlast。

10.EuCertPlastwill send the Certificate to the company and inform them of the Certificationapproval officially. The Certification is valid for 1 year. The company0will bepublished on the EuCertPlast website (www.eucertplast.eu).

Notethat an audit will only be valid if the certified company is listed on thepublic list of certified recyclers and they received the Certificate fromEuCertPlast.

The publiclist of EuCertPlast certified recycling plants is available on the website. Thelist is updated on a weekly basis when more than one company renewed itsCertification. This procedure ensures the anonymity of the reports.

Incase of an expired certificate, after three months of pending validation, thename of the recycling company will be removed from the list.

Informationabout audited input waste, recycled output and capacity will be used only forcommunication purposes and will be shown on an aggregate basis to protect theconfidentiality of the companies.
