除了根据S5.1(a)规定的条件测量,座椅在调节位置、不接触95%成年男子的部分以及在制造商指定设计安放位置上的座椅靠背以外,座椅安全带的织带宽度应该不少于46mm。



S4.2   Requirements for webbing.织带要求。

(a)      Width. The width of the webbing in a seat belt assembly shallbe not less than 46 mm, except for portions that do not touch a 95th percentileadult male with the seat in any adjustment position and the seat back in themanufacturer's nominal design riding position when measured under theconditions prescribed in S5.1(a).

a)宽度。除了根据S5.1a规定的条件测量,座椅在调节位置、不接触95%成年男的部分以及在制造商指定设计安放位置上的座椅靠背以外,座椅安全带的织带宽度应该不少于46mm

(b) Breakingstrength. The webbing in a seat belt assembly shall have not less thanthe following breaking strength when tested by the procedures specified inS5.1(b): Type 1 seat belt assembly—26,689 N; Type 2 seat belt assembly—22,241 Nfor webbing in pelvic restraint and 17,793 N for webbing in upper torsorestraint.

b)断裂强度按照S5.1b)规定的程序进行测试时,安全带装置织带的断裂强度应不小于以下强度:1型安全带装置-26,689 N2型安全带装置-22,241 N用于在骨盆保护装置17,793 N用于在上躯干保护装置

(c) Elongation. Exceptas provided in S4.5, the webbing in a seat belt assembly shall not extend tomore than the following elongation when subjected to the specified forces inaccordance with the procedure specified in S5.1(c): Type 1 seat beltassembly—20 percent at 11,120 N; Type 2 seat belt assembly 30 percent at 11,120N for webbing in pelvic restraint and 40 percent at 11,120 N for webbing inupper torso restraint.

c)伸长率。除S4.5中规定的以外,按照S5.1c规定所受的指定力时座椅安全带装置的织带不应该超过以下延长1座椅安全带装置-11,120 N时为20%;2型座椅安全带装置用于骨盆保护装置的织带在11,120,N时为30%;用于上部躯体保护装置的织带在11,120,N时为40%

(d) Resistanceto abrasion. The webbing of a seat belt assembly, after beingsubjected to abrasion as specified in S5.1(d) or S5.3(c), shall have a breakingstrength of not less than 75 percent of the breaking strength listed in S4.2(b)for that type of belt assembly.

d)耐磨性。S5.1d)或S5.3c中详细说明所受到的磨损后,座椅安全带装置的织带应该有S4.2b所列出的至少75%的断裂程度

(e) Resistanceto light. The webbing in a seat belt assembly after exposure to thelight of a carbon arc and tested by the procedure specified in S5.1(e) shallhave a breaking strength not less than 60 percent of the strength beforeexposure to the carbon arc and shall have a color retention not less than No. 2on the AATCC Gray Scale for Evaluating Change in Color (incorporated byreference, see §571.5).

e)耐光性。安全带组件中的安全带在暴露于碳弧光下并通过S5.1e)规定的程序进行测试后,其断裂强度应不小于暴露于碳弧之前的强度的60%,并且在AATCC评估颜色变化的灰阶上具有不小于2的保色性(以引用方式并入,请参见§571.5)。

(f) Resistanceto micro-organisms. The webbing in a seat belt assembly after beingsubjected to micro-organisms and tested by the procedures specified in S5.1(f)shall have a breaking strength not less than 85 percent of the strength beforesubjection to micro-organisms.

对微生物的抵抗力。安全带组件中的安全带经过微生物处理并按照S5.1f)规定的程序进行测试后,其断裂强度应不小于经受微生物作用之前强度的85%。
